Refunds are accepted while the courier waits for you. If you don’t want the order, please return it to the courier and only pay the shipping fees.

Exchanges are accepted within 24 hours of receiving the order (exchanged items must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached).

You’ll only pay the shipping fee in case of a refund or exchange.
